Vanilla forums amember integration issue

We are facing an issue with Amember and vanilla forum integration.

We sell multiple premium WordPress themes. 

So Whenever a new user purchases a theme, an account is also created on the vanilla forum. The status assigned to the Vanilla account is "Premium"

When the subscription in a-member expires, the account status in Vanilla is downgraded to "guest".

All things well till now. Here is now our problems start. 

In case the "expired" user purchases a new product, the status of that respective user is updated to "Active" in Amember, however, the status in vanilla does not get updated to "Premium".

Ideally, any change in Amember status should reflect in vanilla. But it is not happening in the above case. 

Can you look into it?

I am using vanilla version 2.1.11

    I wish you luck, but I can't image you will find support here. That "amember" is, as far as I know, not a vanilla plugin. And if it is, it might be closed source.

    By the way: your forum is an ancient version with known security issues. You really need to update!

    Did it work before?

    Have you tested it in the newest version, 3.3?
