Edit yaga/design/reactions.css. Look for pseudo-class :hover.

You can add and remove reactions in the Dashboard: Settings -> Gamification -> Reactions

You can turn off Leaderboard in the Dashboard. Settings -> Gamification -> Settings. If there's still stuff you don't need, you can hide them in the CSS.

If you want to create a new one, just copy en.php and rename it to fit your locale.

Then modify the right side of each definition:

    $Definition['Yaga.Action'] = 'Reaction';

Which language package are you using and how did you rename the file? It should match the shortcode used by Vanilla:

https://github.com/vanilla/locales

If you were using vf_ar for example, you would rename it ar.php

In addition you may need to delete the contents of cache/locale folder for it to reload.
