running Advanced Embed Forum with Universal Comment Embed

is it possible to have Advance embed forum running with Universal Comment Embed?

the issue is in config.php you have to set

$Configuration['Garden']['Embed']['Allow'] = 2;

for advance embed to work which will not allow universal comments to no longer work
