What should appear in the upload path of Account Picture Settings window?

Users are having difficuly uploading account photos and I'm stumped...

    This is the error message that appears: Some problems were encountered An error occurred while attempting to copy the source image "/home/virtual/site448/fst/var/www/html//Pics494a072732d559b9d9a04de209ce4a66.jpg". Your version of php (4.4.1) may not have jpeg support.
