What category should questions for versions YYYY.xyz be posted in

I've just split a discussion and wanted to move it into the correct category when I realized there is nothing like that. We have "Versions" with subcategories, the last is for Version 3.x

Release 2021.009 is not Vanilla 4.x. So I'm kind of lost what a good description for a new questions category would be. Any recommendations?

Clearly, categories as a concept are not enough and neither are tags in their free for all proliferating tendency. And so the "subcategories" concept was born ;-)

How about 2021 releases, 2022 releases etc. just how Vanilla does it in their docs:

That should keep the amount of discussions in each category manageable.
