broken translation link

Official locale addons such as https://open.vanillaforums.com/addon/vf_fi-locale have a link that says "Help contribute to this translation by going to its translation site here" but clicking "here" gives 404.

I found this when I wanted to make a pull request that replaces ö with ä in the Finnish translations, according to https://success.vanillaforums.com/kb/articles/231-translating-vanilla. Currently the translation doesn't work, and sometimes literally displays ö on the page.

If fixing the link takes time, please also let me know where I can fix the Finnish translation. I didn't find it on GitHub.
