Vanilla 2021.009 - Search feature problem

Is anyone having the same problem as me?

I just migrated to version 2021.009 from 3.3, changed my forum theme to Foundation, then tried the search feature. But, what I got is this:

Whatever keyword I try to search for, the results only show "There was an error. Undefined class constant 'ACCEPTED'".

Is there any way to fix this? Or am I missing something? Any help will be very helpful.
