new themes and mobile flyout issue

I have a forum with the old bootstrap theme and i want to customize a keystone theme. i had an issue with the flyout menu on mobile.

It was $Configuration['Feature']['NewFlyouts']['Enabled'] = false; in my /conf/config.php

i delete this configuration line and it's ok now.
