Fix for 2021.012 (or earlier) EXIF image rotation bug

Hello,

I have noticed since upgrading from 3.3 to 2021.012 that EXIF metadata is no longer being processed for photo uploads. This means that mobile users taking portrait-orientation photos will have their photos displayed sideways!

I have reported this bug on GitHub, but as it is a one-line fix, if anyone else is bashing their heads against this please see the bug ticket for details on what to change:
