Vanilla 2021-009 - Embedding quotes

Hello.
Do you know why embedding quotes don't display correctly when posting a message on my forum?
When I'm writing a post, quote is correctly formatted:
But after posting, quote is displayed as simple text:
Same problem with embedding urls.
Rich editor is activated in vanilla/settings/posting.
Thanks for any help.
