Images are broken in email

Hello all!
I'm facing a small problem, in the email section, I'm trying to add an image to show it in the email header. I can see it uploaded in the 'uploads' folder. On the dev (local) environment, when I'm test sending an email, I can see the image successfully in the email. However, when I deploy those changes on our staging environment (ubuntu 18.04), and email services using SES Management.
Any idea why it's happening? or any possible thoughts that I'm not aware of?
