Status 500 when embedding link thru rich-editor

See attached image about the error I have encountered when trying out the framework.

I use this link https://appletoolbox.com/allergic-airpods-pro/ to embed.

But when I try to embed the link in one of the discussions in vanilla forums, it works.

Is there any configuration that I missed when installing the framework? Let me know.

I am using Vanilla 2021011.
