New discussions posted by an Admin not showing (or not seen) on Members or Guest mode.

I installed Vanilla 2021.009 on a shared hosting plan. To get started, I created an admin account and a normal user (member) account. Everything works fine. I also added new categories, tags and also created two new discussions (posts).

However, I noticed that whenever I signed out of admin and I visit the site (https://www.educativeguides.com) either as a guest or as a member, none of the new categories and discussion posts are shown. The only thing shown to guests or members is the tags I added to the discussion posts.

Is there a way to make all discussions and categories seen by all (members and guests inclusive)?

I have tried examining the role permissions and everything looks fine.

Is it possible that I am missing something?

Check permission for categories you want guest/member to see (not in roles section but same place you create and manage categories)

Hi @Kaspar, I followed the guide in the link and the problems have been solved.

Now, I can see the categories and posts both when in user mode and guest mode. Thanks a lot.
