hey guys how would i set it so that "Apply" and Denied" would be inside Warning Appeal and not showing under it i have attached an image of my current setup,

this is my current forum. below shows what i am trying to do

Is this possible if so how would i go about doing it as i cant seem to figure it out anywhere
