How to copy edit the Vanilla foundation theme

Hi, I installed the latest version of vanilla forum provided by my host through softacolous/installatron. I am using the foundation theme and wants to make some customizations but unable to find the foundation theme folder, its not in the THEMES folder.... any help?

Thank you for pointing this out. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the file _variables.scss. In particular, the folder src/scss/ is empty. Could you please help me here?

I have not worked with the themes, so I do not know.
