FRESH installation via softaculous used php 8 and php 7.4 ,,,admin dashboard not working

after installation via cpanel and by softaculous to be exact used php 8 and php 7.4 ,,,admin dashboard not working

note:using clouflare but turned off and tested also

if someone say where to check for error log i will find and paste below so someone can help me out from this admin dashboard not working problem

using 2019.009 version

PAGE LOAD TIME ALSO 6 secs

pls help in that speed issue also thanks in advance

I have the same problem. after installation the only screen I have is recent discussions, no editing of profiles, dashboard, getting started, nothing. I looked at some of the settings and cannot find any setting that might cause conflict.
