Where can I purchase this add-on?
Pro is from back around 2012.
Alot changed during 2017-2019 - so doubt it would work with todays versions, even if you found a Pro.
Gary Mardell, the inital developer of the Whos Online plugin is not updating it any more, since 2012. It is now maintained by Vanilla Staff.

Many plugins don't work. I don't think I know what Wanilla is yet.
