Custom fields in comments per category?

Is it possible to add additional fields in the comments form in certain categories?

    Can this be done with an extension? If so, is there one I missed that does this? I was looking to transform Vanilla into a classifieds application. The only thing I needed to complete this is additonal fields for certain categories.

    I'm also interested in this type of extension. I'll be running a writing site with Vanilla and would like to be able to have my members choose a genre and have it displayed under the topic title on the discussions index. So, I vote for this idea. :) Any coders interested in making this type of extension?
