Categories, discussions, threads aren't shown to visits, members and moderators

Hi Vanilla community.
I instaled Vanilla through Softaculous. The register method is "Basic". In "Roles & permissions", the View flags are in on all discussions (threads). but neither the visitors nor the members nor moderators can see any categories or discussions ; only the administrator user.
This is my configuration to members. I have 5 members and 2 are moderators.
Can you help me?

Kaspar, I read the forums and several issues are complex to me.
I installed Vanilla newly and it worsk. But I have the doubt if it is better to just leave everything as it is and not move the configuration.
It gives me the impression that the configuration is "delicate".
Is it possible to make changes to permissions and roles without having to configure databases or files?
