email no sent to user when moderator answers

Hi to all.

I am using Vanilla installed by Softaculous. Version 2021.009

I have tried to send email to user when moderator have responded but user doesn't recive nothing.

I have configurated 3 parts:

------------------- email ------------------------------- If I send test email, Vanilla send me a mail correctly

------------- posting ------------------------------------

------------- out mail --------------------------

Can you help me ? Thanks
