Hello!

I created a forum and set it up, but whenever someone, no matter their rank, tries to create a discussion, it will be stuck on loading.

Anything I can do?

Did you enable pretty urls?
Index.php?p= in url means it is not enabled
Depending on your server you may need other config settings than this
