SMTP Email not working

in Vanilla 3.x Help

Hi all,

We have installed Vanilla Version 2021.009 at our server.

We put all the SMTP settings there and its looks its working as at the registration it message that the "Registration Confirmation Email Sent" but we did not receving any emails.

We tried registating with diffrent email address but emails are not receving.

Any one have a clue?

Any help will be highly appriciated.

    Check that your host is not blocking port 25. A lot of hosts nowadays including the big cloud providers block port 25 to stop spammers and you have to convince them that you won't be sending spam emails before they will unblock.
