New Discussion Issue

Hello All,

We are having issues with new member login, a user successfully get registered as a member role, but when logged in, at the home page the old discussions are not showing up, also when a new user try to start a new discussion the category drop down not showing any categories, so a new user not able to post a discussion too.

Any ideas?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
