Making Member List Private

Maybe it's just me but does it bother anyone else that non-members of the forum can pull up the member list and see who's registered as well as their personal info (and forage for email addresses)? It REALLY bothers me.

Is there a way that the member list (or even the whole Search tab) could be part of the forum that is hidden until someone signs in?

It works fine, but there is a small problem: if you also use the UserInfo Tooltip extension, users details will still be displayed on hover. It would be great if this extension was automatically disabled for unauthenticated users.
