Redirect To New Pages After Changing Directory

Recently I have change my forums Directory eg from example.com to example.com/forums

Now I want to redirect those old url to new one how can I do it using htaccess.

Eg redirection from this example.com/discussion/1000/planets to example.com/forums/discussion/100/planets
