Search is limited to 10 results

I'm running version 2021.009 using vanilla forums built in search. The search results are always limited to the most recent 10 discussions even though for some searches it should be returning 100's of results.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Made the changes and deleted the cache, but it is still limited to 10. Any ideas?
