How to edit quick links and banner without theme editor

Hi I just installed Vanilla yesterday and I'm struggling to edit quick links, home page banner and many other stuff. I have read the offical documents but all they said is to use the theme editor, however after some research I realised that the theme editor funtion is only for Vanilla Cloud users, I installed Vanilla with Softaculous so I cannot access that.

So here's the problem: where are the quick links and home page banner files located? This is not mentioned in the offical documents or any existing discussions. I hope someone know the answer could reply to this thread so not only me but many other users with the same question could be helped.
