Is the last pre-built version available 2021.09, really, 2 years old?

I'm using vanilla since many years now, I would like to update it to the last version, something like 2023... as far as I've seen last pre-build is 2021-09, but there are many new versions available in development state, is there any pre-built version for 2023?
