Analytics Does only Page Not Found Message on Version 2023.013, Any Fix for This? By the way this is OSS Version that Built from Source

Vanilla has three analytics options; the one available in your Vanilla community is dependent on when you became a Vanilla customer and/or your plan level.You mean to use Analytics on recent release aka version 2023.xxx, i assume that i need to have Vanilla Subscription at basic level based on the above post?
i have been contacting Vanilla aka Higher Logic for around 3 weeks now, There's no reply from them, if that's the case do you know way to acquire basic subscription as soon as possible.
