Import from 2.3 to Higher Logic Resulted in Bugs

The fresh installation of Higher Logic was all ok. The issue occurred when I imported data from old 2.3 version. The Roles and Permission settings show SQL Join syntax error,
This results in jsConnect SSO not working at all because there is no option to setup Default role if you can't access Permissions/Roles pages.
If anyone has gone through same issue, I'd like a quick solution.
