Applicant email tag problem

When I approve an applicant and convert him to member he will get an email telling him his role has been changed. However, the email tags like 'forum_name' and 'rol_name' are shown literally.

Also, how do I change the email text included in the email?

For the second question, look in the 'languages\English' folder. You might be able to resolve your first question there also.
