Bozo needs help

In getting close to finally figuring out my problems between making wordpress and vanilla talk nicely to each other, i thought i was on the homeward run a few mins ago. Actually I think I am. BUT, and there's always a BUT in life.......in my haste, I deleted my administraror account in vanilla (when was tweaking over in wordpress) So effectively I am locked out of my vanilla admin section. Anyone know how to get admin powers back again for vanilla?
