Fold a dollar bill in half, hamburger style green side out.
Open it up and you will notice a fold through Washington's eye. Make a second fold through the other eye.
Now curve the area of the bill between the folds. When you look at the top or bottom edge of the bill, it should look something like this:
--------u-------Now look at the bill straight on. Tilt the top toward or away from you, and George will smile or frown.
But I like the idea that it could work...
Hamburger style on a bill results in a vertical crease (like a hamburger bun) vs. hot dog style which would be a horizontal crease.
