Banner Rotator

Hi, i'm a very Vanilla-newbee. i have two phpbb-Forums, but Vanilla looks so very nice - maybe i will migrate my forums. in my old forums i have some sponsors - i need them. so i'm looking for an extension "Banner Rotator" for the sponsor-images

    Where would the banner be placed?

    top of the side - maybe in the header whould be great, left beside the Forums title

    Couldn't you use the SidePanel extension and create a marquee for the small banner images (link buttons) using HTML?

    I know it would be easier to have an extension where all you have to do is insert the links to your different sponsors but, since there is no extension that does that right now, this may be one solution.

    mmmh i tried to put php-code for a rotator to the sidepanel but i failed. is it possible to put php to the sidepanel?
