Adding a link to the Navigation

I am trying to add a link titled home pointed to http://blah.net to the top of the Navigation list.

I read http://lussumo.com/docs/doku.php?id=vanilla:development:controlpanel
but couldn't understand how to get it to work for me.

Any help would be appreciated.
