moving post to another category

Hi, is there a way to move a post to another category ? I'm the admin of my forum, but when I edit a post (wrote by other user) there isn't the choice to change the category of it... Thank you !

    Well, there should be the option. Are you sure you cannot select the category? It should look like you are starting a new discussion.

    You must edit the first post of the discussion you want to move.

    ok, thank you. I can move the first post, but I don't want it. I need to move one of the responses to that post... regards, Argie

    ...which is called comment. I think that is not possible.

    You would need an extension that could divest the comment from the disucssion, create a new discussion and append it there. Not possible by default, but not impossible to be done.
