Format comments as - Text / Html not showing
Hi, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.
I have installed Vanilla and my only problem is the "Format comments as oText oHtml" option doesnt appear when you make a post. I have checked and I do have the option turned on in Forum Preferences. I even installed a completely fresh copy of Vanilla to see if it was perhaps a conflict with an extension I had installed, and to me at least, the default is that it doesnt show no matter what the Forum Preference is set too.
Any ideas what could have happened here please? (Im a bit confused why a fresh copy with no extensions would have the same fault)

Moreover standard edit box behavior does not handle double-click selection of HTML tags very well (easier with bbcode).
Extensions used:
- Better BBCode Extension 1.0 by Bergamot
- BBCode insert bar to make it easier on the user
