Automatically add discussion via url?

I have a weblog, and it would be useful to have a link at the bottom of each post (e.g. "discuss this") that would either go to the related discussion or (if there wasn't a discussion already) create one automatically. An automatic way would be very useful!

    You may want to edit your first comment and move this to the Add-on Requests category, that way there's a better chance some extension dev will see it.
