How do I make Gabbly Chat open a new window rather than embedding itself in the existing one?

I tried top==blank and top==new but neither worked.

The reason I want this is because I have a script that breaks the forum out of frames which won't allow the Gabbly URL, so I want to open a new window with a custom page for Gabbly to embed itself into.
