If you use < and > as the label prefix and suffix, and then use html elements as the labels, it evaluates the html. E.g. Label prefix: < Label Suffix: > Sticky label: u Everything below the sticky discussion gets underlined. Obviously an admin would have to be stupid to do this, but it might be worth avoiding anyway - especially as someone might want < and > as the pre/suffixes even when they're using normal (e.g. sticky) as the label.
