Is this Vanilla feature list/comparison correct?

A friend came across www.forummatrix.org.

It lists a nice set of features and this comparison was quite insightful:

From what little I know of Vanilla several of the "unavailable" features may already be available as plugins... Can a more experienced person comment?

PS One of the features listed struck me as brilliant: IM Notification of new posts/reactions How difficult would this be?

    it says Vanilla allows attachments out of the box rather than with a plugin. which is obviously wrong rating karma is also via plugin rest seems ok

    I take care of the vanilla records.

    @Tom: I could have missed one. which ones?
    I plan to do all the unavailable ones in the list if nobody make them first.

    @Myschizobuddy: I can't specify that it is a pluggin feature - same for quoting. I mention it in the information part (the "I" icon on the right of each feature).
