Czech language and notification mail subject

Notifiaction mail subject have wrong charset (some Czech charakters in UTF-8). Charset subject it is impossible setting in MIME type, it is probably in a way thereby. I'm include new line in Framework.Class.Email.php before line 174 with:
$Subject="=?utf-8?B?".base64_encode($this->Subject)."?=";
Has question is: is it well?
