How to adding a category inside a new tab ?

Hi, is there a way to insert the post that are inside a category inside a new tab ? I'm using Page Manager extension, and I can create a new tab. So, I'd like to show the posts belonging to a certain category (of course, respecting the role permisions to can view these posts and tab). Thank you for your help !
