I wonder is there any way to force everyone must login first? I mean I want a completely private forum.

untick the checkbox under Settings-->Application Settings-->Allow non-members to browse the forum

Yes, and it's pretty easy. You just need to uncheck Allow non-members to browse the forum in Application Settings.
