Where do I allow HTML code?

I am the admin, I posted a image HTML code, and it won't show up. How to turn on HTML? I see no HTML box that I can choose. No format comment as Html.

    HTML is enabled through the HTML formatter extension.

    For other extensions that you may notice the functionality of, we attempted to list them here.

    Okey. That is another thing I expect default.
    Many of the add-ons here that Mark actually think is useful, should be supported fully and included in the release, or what do you think?

    Different people would expect different "defaults", and pretty soon you'd end up with bloat! The idea with Vanilla is to provide a framework that you build upon as you see fit, which is the best thing about it in my opinion :)
