Request: mark all discussions/posts read

Hi there.
Hopefully a straightforward request - I did some searching but couldn't find this already, so send me packing if it's already been answered - is it possible to have a link in the sidebar (seems a logical place to put it) to mark everything as read?

Note that the Mark All Read extension only marks everything posted in the last two weeks as read. If you want a longer (or shorter) period you can easily change it, just open up default.php, and everything you need to know is there.
