Hire Vanilla Guru / Professional

I am looking for a Vanilla Professional to help add a list of Current Forum Discussions on our cover page. I have added one by hand right now, but I would really like the list to change on its own, by pulling the data from Vanilla. Is anyone interested? I am not a progrogrammer so this type of stuff takes me for ever to figure out. I am also looking to hire someone to reskin our forum and add new features, which will enable it to work with our upcoming new site, which we are about to start hiring for. Here is the Current Discussion list I did by hand http://gliving.tv. It is on the right side.     I recently made an ajax timed self refreshing widget. I'd have offered to modify it for you site, but a quick look at the source showed that it's not xhtml, nor valid html either, so i'm affraid to jump in at the moment. What is yout timeline?
