Disappearing Posts

Recently placed Vanilla on my website. I do love it. But... I created a role of "monitor" with some basic priviliges. I logged on under this person and I could not see all the posts. They are there for me (admin) and for persons not signed in and for members. Where are they when monitor logs in? They were there in the past week while I was testing.

    maybe you accidentally block the category those posts are in?

    Perhaps you've added new categories and forgotten to give the Monitor role access to them? Go to each of your categories and see if Monitor is checked in the list of roles who are allowed to participate in that category.

    Yes ... that is exactly what I did. Monitor did not have access to some categories. Thanks.
