Can anyone help a beginner?

Off topic question to anyone familiar with Vanilla forums.  Recently,
when I sign on my forum as the administrator, and try to delete a topic or a post, I get
an error message seen here. 
Does anyone know how to fix this problem.  Thank you.

I'd say check the contents of your ajax folder...

Just re-upload the /js and /ajax folders to your webserver and try agian
