Flickrizer 0.1 Throwing An error

Once I enabled Flickrizer 0.1 and press the account tab I get the following error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare account_retrieveflickrphotostream() (previously declared in /home/carina/public_html/vanillalounge/extensions/Flickrizer/default.php:20) in /home/carina/public_html/vanillalounge/extensions/FlickrFeed/default.php on line 169 What do I need to do to fix this? By the way, I am running the latest Vanilla release. Thanks! Dada
